AND1 is an American sports shoe company that specializes in basketball shoes and apparel. The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Poly, Pennsylvania, and then moved to Aliso Viejo, a shoes manufacturer in California. Products sports shoes, clothing, sports equipment.

AND1 focuses on basketball and is a subsidiary of Sequential Brands Group. AND1 continues to sponsor NBA athletes, as well as many high school and AAU teams in the United States.

There are currently more than 100 AND1 high school and AAU teams participating in various championships and leagues across the United States, and an AND1 tournament is under construction. AND 1 is currently sold in Wal-Mart stores. The company's total annual revenue is approximately $140 million.

In February 2015, AND1 signed a lease to operate a retail store at 172 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, across the street from the Barclays Center. This is the company's first street retail store.
